Dream Builders
“I dream, I test my dreams against my beliefs, I dare
to take risks, and I execute my vision to make those dreams come true.”
- Walt Disney
Heading up the first-ever UX team for 140 Studio apps meant examining, unifying and elevating the delightful (and usable) qualities of these applications, used by internal employees, vendors, and customers.

Goal & Solution:
I was hired to establish, identify, hire and scale a team of multi-disciplined UX practitioners.

In order to do this, I had to seriously look at building UX Operations, define roles, processes and procedures and put them into place.
Below are some of the sample slide decks used for executive presentations as well as onboarding.
